Creating Value Through A Targeted Sector Approach

AXA Investment Managers would like to invite you to attend a special presentation and seminar entitled Creating Value Through A Targeted Sector Approach on the morning of 17 May from 09:30 until 10:30 in the Amber room at the NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky.

If you would like to attend this seminar, please contact Alessandra Canavesi at Alessandra.Canavesi@axa-im.com
With all real estate asset classes rapidly evolving, driven by structural demographic or behavioural changes and exposed to potentially disruptive influences, it is increasingly important to be able to understand, anticipate and respond to these changes.

Two of AXA Investment Managers' sector experts will provide an overview of the residential and logistics sector, exposing the underlying trends and current dynamics in Europe and addressing the critical success factors when investing in those sectors. One of the firm's fund management experts will then discuss how a sectorial allocation fits within the construction of a real assets portfolio.
