Paul Clark is Chief Investment Officer of the Crown Estate, which he joined in 2007. He has overall responsibility for investment strategy as well as leading the asset management teams covering the entire business’s GBP14bn portfolio. This includes mixed-use property in central London; prime retail destinations across the country; and offshore wind in its capacity as manager of most of the UK seabed. Significant recent initiatives have included managing major West End and retail joint ventures with a range of major investors including NBREM (Regent Street, London) and Oxford Properties (St James’s Market, London).
