Alice Breheny is Global Head of Research at Nuveen Real Estate, managing a team devoted to researching the real estate market in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. She also jointly runs the research and development (R&D) function, which ensures that Nuveen Real Estate research is applied and remains at the forefront of product development. The R&D team identifies global, structural trends and finds appropriate opportunities for real estate investors. Breheny is a member of the Investment Committee and the Global Product Committee, ensuring that the research feeds into every stage of the investment process and product development. She is also a member of the Investment Property Forum, the Society of Property Researchers, INREV and the International Council of Shopping Centres. Breheny has a BA (Hons) degree in geography from the University of Southampton.
