Stephen Tross joined Bouwinvest as COO International Investments in 2009, before becoming Chief Investment Officer – International Investments in 2010. He subsequently joined Bouwinvest’s management board. With thirty years’ experience in the international real estate industry. Tross was previously a director at KPMG responsible for the real estate audit practice in the Netherlands and held several positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Netherlands, UK and the US. He also serves on the management board of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in non-listed real estate vehicles, and on the board of directors of AFIRE, the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate with focus mainly on the US. He is a certified public accountant in the Netherlands and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
