Top level international speakers with a background in politics, academia and industry practice make this event the leading global event for discussion of key trends and issues facing pension funds and other institutional investors.
The evening Awards Dinner and Ceremony recognises and rewards best practice, outstanding performance and innovation among institutional real estate investors.
The 28 categories are arranged on different levels and reflect the various essential areas and strategies that institutional real estate investors make use of when investing in real estate globally.

2017 Agenda
Investing Globally In An Uncertain World
Globalisation has boosted economic growth and increased opportunities, but has also encouraged inequality and the rise of populist politics.
The real estate asset class has been one of the beneficiaries: cross-border flows have accelerated,
while the rise of e-commerce and urbanisation trends have created new opportunities and risks for property investors.
But does an uncertain political backdrop – and a populist backlash against globalisation – mean risks are now greater than ever?
