The audience has the opportunity to ask questions via the webcast platform; the moderator can also put pre-agreed questions to your speakers.

Choose a Topic

Client chooses the topic/subject matter to present and puts forward the speaker.

Choose a Date

Client's choose an available date from IPE’s Webcast Calendar schedule and IPE book in your event for that day. Once confirmed, IPE require 3 months notice to cancel or move a scheduled client webcast event or the client will be invoiced in full.

Choose a Speaker

Client sends the IPE Webcast Manager content about the webcast subject matter and bio of the speaker for use in the email marketing and registration page of the webcast.

Pre-event

Ideally, 6 weeks prior to the live event, IPE Real Assets begin a co- branded email
marketing campaign to invite attendees to the client's webcast.

Your internal IPE Webcast manager (Ian Messenger), provides the sponsor client with regular updates of the registrations prior to to the event date.

IPE appoint an independent moderator Brendan Maton (an experienced, freelance,
financial journalist) to host, manage and run the client webcast.

Working with the appointed IPE moderator, the webcast client is offered one or more
rehearsals to prepare the client sponsor speaker and ensure the smooth running of the content and Q&A.

IPE offer the webcast sponsor the option to invite names on their wish list to join as attendees.

During live Event

The client delivers a one-hour live audio webcast or tasing head video plus a power point presentation, which is likely to be broken down into:

  • 5 minutes of introduction
  • 30 minutes presentation
  • 10 minutes questions and answers session with the moderator (pre agreed)
  • 15 minutes live questions & answers session from the audience

The webcast will be opened, chaired and run by Brendan Maton our moderator (see right). While the Hub Support Team offers full technical support throughout the live event.

Post-event

IPE provides the webcast sponsor client with a detailed list (names, organisation, email address, phone number) of all delegates who registered, attended, asked questions etc in a fully documented activity report

IPE post the presentation on www.ipe.com as an archived video within the IPE BrightTalk Channel for additional viewers

IPE offers the client the recording of the one-hour live webcast for use on their website or other channels.
