Your safety is our priority
Entering an IPE Event
The safety of our delegates, sponsors, speakers and staff is our top priority. Our coronavirus policy is designed to offer maximum protection from COVID-19 while you attend one of our events.
In addition to complying with local laws, to enter our events, you will need to show one of the following upon arrival before registration:
- If you’re fully vaccinated: a valid vaccination pass
- For unvaccinated delegates or if you have come into contact with a person who has tested positive in the previous seven days: proof of a certified antigen lateral flow or PCR test taken within the previous 24 hours
If you cannot meet one of the criteria above, you may be asked to take an antigen lateral flow test that we will supply in a dedicated testing area.
Face Coverings and Other Recommendations
Depending on national regulations in the countries where we organise our events, you may be required:
- to wear a face covering
- maintain social distancing
- follow other rules
Where there are no national requirements regarding face covering and social distancing, we would encourage that you continue to do so. We will offer face coverings at registration and supply hand sanitising stations around each event.
We work closely with each venue to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and disinfection are maintained at all times.
We work ensure audio-visual equipment, such as lecterns and microphones, are cleaned between sessions.
We monitor national requirements and update each event’s website accordingly, We recommend that you regularly check the entry, exit and fit to travel requirements of your country of departure/return and airline or other travel operators.
