Justin Curlow was appointed Global Head of Research & Strategy at AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets in 2017, responsible for directing key strategic research projects and global real assets markets analysis. Curlow has been with AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets since 2011, most recently as an investment strategist in London. 
Amal Del Monaco, Head of Sector Specialists, Real Assets
Amal Del Monaco is currently Head of Sector Specialists responsible for the team of real asset sector specialists within the larger asset management and development team. Del Monaco joined the firm in 1997 and has been part of the fund management team since 2001. In 2007 she became Head of Fund Management AXA France and was most recently co-head of AXA European Mandates,​
Frederico Faravelli, Head of Asset Management Italy, Real Assets
Federico Faravelli is currently Head of Asset Management at AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets. Since joining the firm in 2015 he has looked after a portfolio of over €2 billion, covering all asset classes. Before this role he was in charge of business development and brokerage for Prelios (former Pirelli Real Estate) and responsible for strategic project and business development at Norman 95 in Milan and London.

Manfredi Catella, CEO, COIMA
With some 25 years’ experience, Manfredi Catella is founding shareholder and CEO of COIMA RES, majority shareholder and CEO of COIMA SGR and Chairman of COIMA, a real estate company founded in 1974. During his career, Catella has managed assets of over €5bn and was responsible for the development of the €2bn+ Porta Nuova business district in Milan.
Stefano Boeri, Architect, Stefano Boeri Architetti

Stefano Boeri is a full professor at Politecnico in Milan and a visiting professor at various international universities, and a director of the Future City Lab (FCL) at Shanghai's Tongji University. Stefano Boeri Architetti’s work ranges from producing urban visions to architectural and open space designs. Among its main works, the multiple award-winning Vertical Forest in Milan is the first prototype of a sustainable residential building with facades covered with trees and plants.
