Subsidised places

Who qualifies for a subsidised place?
Up to two senior executives from institutional investors that submit an entry or set of entries in the IPE Real Estate Global Awards.
Institutional investors that do not enter but attend the conference and dinner (places are limited, so please register early).

What does a subsidised place comprise?
Free accommodation for institutional investors at one of the official hotels on the evening of 15 May 2018
Extensive assistance with travel costs for institutional investors

Terms and conditions

Attending

  • IPE Real Assets only offers subsidised places to qualifying attendees who attend the Awards Dinner & Ceremony on the evening of 15 May
  • IPE Real Assets reserves the right to charge any attendee who registers but does not attend the Conference and the Awards Dinner the full hotel charge and withhold reimbursing travel expenses 
  • Attendees who accept this offer but find subsequently that they cannot attend must inform IPE Real Assets before the event to ensure they do not incur the charges set out above

Travel expenses

  • You must attend the Awards Dinner and Ceremony on 15 May to qualify for any travel reimbursements
  • ​You must make your travel expenses claim by Friday 15 June 2018. We will not honour any claims after this date
  • IPE Real Assets only reimburses direct return tickets from your point of origin
  • If you to travel to the event from one city and return to another, or if you wish to make a stopover, please contact the Events Team at events.team@ipe.com to make special arrangements beforehand for these tickets to be considered
  • IPE Real Assets does not reimburse First, Business or Premier class travel under any circumstances
  • If you travel by car, IPE Real Assets requires receipts to reimburse fuel charges, toll charges and any parking expenses
  • ​IPE Real Assets does not cover the cost of changing any flights, unless prior notification or arrangement is agreed with IPE Real Assets
  • IPE Real Assets does not cover the cost of any food or beverages you consume while travelling to and from the event
  • IPE Real Assets only covers parking charges relating to the period of time necessary to attend the event
An online travel claims facility will be available from 16 May.
