The inspiration for the IPE and IPE Real Assets Hall of Fame lies in the
Outstanding Industry Contribution and Pension Fund Acheivement of the Year awards. 

 

The Outstanding Industry Contribution is a prestigious and coveted high level award that both the IPE Awards and IPE Real Estate Global Awards runs. Originally introduced to the IPE Awards in 2004, three years after their launch in 2001,
it has featured among the IPE Real Estate Global Awards since their inception in 2006,  

 

For the IPE Real Estate Global Awards, the objective of this award is to honour an individual, concept, company, institution, project development or any other worthy candidate that has made a signficant contribution over time to the global institutional real estate investment industry. 

 

The Hall of Fame builds on this concept by providing a portal where the 
short-listed candidates join the winners of this award as honorary entrants.
