Please take the time to read through the terms and conditions of the IPE Transition Conference & Awards 2025 Feedback Form prior to submitting your claim. Only delegates from pension funds and other qualifying institutional investors may claim. If you are unsure whether or not you are eligible, please contact the IPE Events Team at events.team@ipe.com. IPE will honour travel claims up to if supported by valid receipts that you must supply with your claim.

Terms & Conditions
General
- IPE offers travel reimbursement up to €500 per person unless by prior arrangement or agreement
- IPE does not cover any incidental travel or ground charges such as taxis or public transport as part of your travel to and from the IPE Transition Conference & Awards 2025
- Only direct return economy class tickets from your point of origin to Vienna can be booked
- Travel options other than economy or standard classes will not be approved or processed
- You can only book tickets within the date range of 27 November to 29 November that corresponds to the dates and timings of the IPE Transition Conference & Awards 2025
- Travel by train will be preferred and offered as a primary option to delegates whose point of origin is within 500 kilometres of the event city
- IPE does not cover the cost of any amendments to your travel arrangement unless prior notification or arrangement is agreed
- IPE does not cover the cost of extra or overweight baggage
- IPE does not cover seat option charges
- IPE does not cover the cost of any food, meals and/or beverages at any time as part of your travel to and from the IPE Transition Conference & Awards 2025
- IPE does not support or cover any costs associated with travelling by car to and from the IPE Transition Conference & Awards 2025
- IPE only accepts travel claims that are processed using this online form
- You must provide receipts of your flight or train tickets
- Claims that do not include receipts will not be processed
- You must indicate that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
