Paul Stepan is Head of Sustainability Consultancy in Europe for JLL. He advises global real estate investors, occupiers and governments on decarbonisation strategy and implementation. He joined JLL Client Sustainability Solutions in 2021 where he coordinated all JLL sustainability services in Europe relating to investor services. He was previously Co-owner and Head of Policy, strategy and compliance for Verco, an award-winning boutique sustainability consultancy focused on real estate. He was Director in Engie Impact the management consultancy arm of Engie.
