Erika Olsén

Erika Olsén is Partner, Investments at Areim. She joined the company in 2019 as Chief Investment Officer and has been a Partner since 2023. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2000 and has been active in the Nordic transaction market since the beginning of her career. She was previously at JLL Cross Border Team in London. She was Chief Investment Officer at Castellum, one of the largest listed property companies in the Nordics. She was a Partner at Tenzing AB a Swedish real estate advisory company. She holds a MSc in Real Estate and Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
