Ali Farrell

Ali Farrell is Head of Impact Strategies and Senior Fund Manager of the Legal & General Affordable Housing Fund. She is responsible for delivering consistently robust investment performance alongside a positive impact to society. She previously managed a large, segregated client mandate, investing in all regions and sectors of the UK real estate market, delivering year on year performance for the client. Farrell joined L&G in 2015 where she undertook the role of Assistant Fund Manager for the Managed Property Fund, L&G’s flagship 3.5£bn balance property sector strategy. She previously held the position of senior surveyor at JLL in the Capital Markets Team advising clients on UK real estate transactions. She graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University, a BSc Hons in Business and Management from the University of Sussex and is a RICS chartered surveyor MRICS.
