John Davidson is Co-Head Real Estate at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Next to his role at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences as a professor in the field of private equity and real estate he is Board Member at Deutsche Finance Group and served as Senior Advisor and Member of the Investment Committee at Credit Suisse Asset Management Multi-Manager RE Global for several years. He previously worked in the field of private equity at UBS. He started his career in the real estate industry at SwissRe where he invested and monitored an indirect global real estate portfolio. His recent publications are, Indirect Real Estate Strategies 2018, Indirect Real Estate Investments 2014 and Private Equity Real Estate 2011. In the Immobilienbusiness ranking he has regularly been appointed one out of 100 Who-is-Who in real estate professionals in Switzerland for several years up to this year. Davidson holds a PhD from the University of Zurich.
