Théodore Ecomomou is Board Member and Advisor. He has three decades of experience in both asset management and as an asset owner in Europe and the United States. He serves as an advisor to institutional investors worldwide, including the 100$ bn Virginia Retirement System (Virginia, USA) and as a board member of Eurobank Private Bank - Luxembourg and Methak Holdings - Saudi Arabia. He served as Chief Investment Officer at Lombard Odier Investment Managers - Switzerland, overseeing 6bn CHF in multi-asset strategies. Prior to that he was CEO and CIO of the CERN Pension Fund where he initiated a risk-based approach that became known as the CERN model. Earlier, he managed capital markets activities and investments for ITT Corporation in New York - USA. Under his leadership, the pension funds of Lombard Odier, ITT, and CERN all received international distinctions for their asset management.
