Frédéric Durousseau is Chief Real Estate and Development Officer at Korian, which he joined in 2016. Located in Paris and Munich, his department operates according to four main missions: real estate transactions, asset financing and fund management, definition of concepts and building designs, and promotion, construction, and large-scale renovation programmes. Previously he was Chief Development Officer of Center Parcs Europe from 2014 where he led the development of Bostalsee and Allgäu parcs in Germany. Before that from 2010 he worked at the Pierre & Vacances Group where he contributed to integration of tMaeva and the group’s growth in Spain and Italy as well as institutional portfolio asset management development in France. Durousseau holds a master’s from Paris Dauphine and Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne universities and was a Visiting Scholar at the Political Sciences Department of the University of Iowa.
