Climate Change Specialist, GRESB
Erik Landry is the Climate Change Specialist at GRESB, the global ESG benchmark for real assets covering USD5.3trn in real estate and infrastructure that is used by more than 100 institutional and financial investors. There he is responsible for GRESB’s research, products, and partnerships regarding both transition and physical climate-related risks, resilience, and carbon accounting. As such, he manages a suite of projects designed in combination to give real asset managers and investors the tools they need to make informed decisions regarding climate-related risks, real asset portfolio alignment with international climate goals, while positioning GRESB as a leader within the rapidly evolving climate-related regulatory, disclosure and data landscapes. Before joining GRESB, he was at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he led a working group on climate-related scenarios, providing various stakeholders with guidance on scenario analysis in the context of the TCFD.
