Antin Infrastructure Partners was founded in 2007 and focuses solely on investing in infrastructure with the objective of generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors through a combination of capital appreciation and cash yield. The firm comprises over 90 professionals representing 26 nationalities, with offices in London, Luxembourg, New York and Paris. In December 2012, the team completed the buyout of a minority stake held by BNP Paribas Investment Partners. Today, Antin is wholly owned by its management, which retains full independence on all investment and asset management decisions.
