Charles Dupont has been the Head of Infrastructure Finance at Schroders since 2015. He is responsible for the creation of a private investment platform targeting European assets and manages a team of 16 focusing on infrastructure debt. Prior to joining Schroders, Dupont was Head of Infrastructure Finance at AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets from 2013 to 2015, where he also sat on the executive committee. Before that, he was a founding partner of Antin Infrastructure Partners, where he worked from 2007 until 2012, focusing on private infrastructure investments in Europe. His career also includes other executive positions in the infrastructure sector, most notably from 2004 to 2007 as CEO of Saur International, an international French company managing public utilities, and water and waste management facilities.
