Peter van Gool is Professor of Real Estate Economics at the UvA and the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and until early 2018 Managing Director Real Estate at the Dutch Railways Pension Fund and Public Transport Pension Fund in the Netherlands. Van Gool was a member of the supervisory board at Pension fund PNO Media, a social housing association, and Chairman of the investment committee at NV Stedenfonds, a real estate investment company. He is founder and sits on the board of StiVAD, a Dutch database for real estate transactions and several Dutch charity funds.
