Janwillem Bouma is Chairman of the Board, Centraal Beheer APF and a finance expert with a broad career in treasury, corporate finance, contracting, controlling, IT and finance management. He combines executive and non-executive roles. He is also Chairman of Stichting Pensioenfonds Hoogovens, Chair of PensionsEurope, member of the board of the Federation of Dutch Pension Funds and Chair of the supervisory board of ANWB Pension Fund. Bouma has also served as Managing Director of Shell Pensioen Fonds Netherlands. He studied business economics and corporate finance, is a graduate of INSEAD and followed executive programs at The Wharton School and Neyenrode Business University.
