Erna Sverrisdóttir is Chief Economist at Arion Bank. She has been in this position since September 2019. She has close to ten years of experience covering the Icelandic economy and markets. Sverrisdóttir was previously a senior research analyst at Arion Research. Sverrisdóttir holds a MSc in Policy Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a BSc in Economics from the University of Iceland and is a certified securities broker in Iceland.
