Your safety 

The safety of our delegates is our top priority. This page contains the latest information about your safety at the venue, in the city of Reykjavík and about travel to and within Iceland. 

The Conference Venue 

To enter the Conference Venue IPE requests proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or the negative result of PCR test taken no more than 72 hours previously or an antigen/lateral flow test taken 48 hours previously.

Travel to and within Iceland

  • The Icelandic Ministry of Health has published information about certificates of vaccination accepted at the border in Iceland for exemption of border measures due to COVID-19.  Please click here to learn more and check your eligibility.

Departing Iceland

You can order either a PCR test (through Rakning C-19) or a rapid antigen test.

Rapid antigen tests are available in Reykjavik and in Keflavik at a private facility. The Reykjavik location is a 10-minutes drive from the conference venue (Address - Suðurlandsbraut 34, 108 Reykjavík).

Results come through in 15–45 minutes and you need to pay in advance.
