Alfredo Granata

Alfredo Granata was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Inarcassa in 2011, one of Italy’s largest pension funds with over €11bn in assets. He began his professional career in 1992 as a financial analyst at Banca di Roma, becoming the head of management in 2001 at Romagest before it became known as Capitalia Asset Management, initially as a global bond manager before taking over management of the currency overlay of all its funds. In 2004 he became the senior manager for the firm’s balanced funds. Next, he assumed the title of Head of Asset Management at Banca Finnat Euramerica. He graduated in economics from L. Bocconi University in Milan in 1991.
