Philippe Benaroya is CEO and Managing Partner at Generali Global Infrastructure, with over 25 years of infrastructure finance experience, including 18 on the buy-side. Benaroya is considered an early pioneer in infrastructure debt, having gained his experience at firms such as BlackRock and Blackstone. At BlackRock, he was the co-founder and co-head of its European infrastructure debt platform. Previously, Benaroya gained 10 years of similar experience through the monoline insurance sector and covered Infrastructure finance advisory at Schroders. He graduated in engineering at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
