Andrea Palmer is Chief Executive Officer at CRREM Foundation. She leads the organisation’s mission to advance science-based decarbonisation pathways and transition risk management for the global real estate sector. With over a decade of experience in real estate and sustainable finance, she previously served as Responsible Investment Lead for PGGM’s REIT portfolio, overseeing the strategy’s ESG integration. She has also contributed to industry bodies including EPRA’s Sustainability Committee and the GRESB Real Estate Standards Committee, shaping sustainability frameworks and disclosure practices for institutional investors. Prior to PGGM, she held roles at LaSalle Investment Management, GRESB, and the impact investment specialist, Triodos Investment Management. She holds a Masters in Real Estate Development and Sustainable Cities from IE School of Architecture and Design in Madrid and a Bachelors in Marketing Research from Aurora University outside Chicago.
