She brings with her a wide range of experience in the property sector gathered over more than 30 years together with her 3 years of expertise in social value and social impact. At Thrive she helps tailor their social value and impact measurement framework to suit the Real Estate sector and their place-based approach, whilst helping to drive a more holistic and meaningful form of impact measurement and support clients on their next best step. Her real estate foundation is based on property research and strategy work including performance measurement and benchmarking. She worked for 23 years in global research, strategy and consulting across asset types, working for some of the biggest names in the industry in challenging roles. She was previously a company she founded in October 2017, delivering consultancy and training to the property sector across a broad range of clients. She worked at Social Value Portal as Head of Investment Management Advisory. She holds an MA in Economic Geography, the CFA UK Institute Certificate in Impact Investing and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
