Heather Fernstrom is Co-Founder 7 Managing Partner at Alliance Global Advisors. She is a versatile, performance-driven entrepreneur, philanthropist, co-founder and speaker. Prior to Alliance, she was Managing Director for National Real Estate Advisors and held positions with Hunt Investment Management and The Townsend Group. Her professional experience also includes more than 20 years in the private and public real estate sector, where she developed, implemented and led investor relations platforms. She is an Advisory Board member of Outsourced Research & Capital and serves on PREA’s Governance Committee, the PREA Foundation Community Grants Program Committee and Elion Partners’ Independent Advisory Board. She has received numerous industry recognitions. In 2022, she received the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Award and the GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s 50 Under 40 Award.
