With 26 years of industry experience, he leads the firm's European expansion and team growth across the UK and EU. He was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer at Round Hill Capital, managing an 8$B+ global portfolio, and held leadership roles at Aggmore Group and North Bridge Capital Partners. He is an ACA-qualified member of the ICAEW and holds a BA from Newcastle University.
