Jennifer Stevens is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Alliance Global Advisors. She is an executive-level professional with expertise in real assets and deep knowledge of the General Partner & Limited Partner universe. Before founding Alliance Global Advisors, she spent 16 years at The Townsend Group, gaining experience in institutional portfolio management, consulting, strategic and investment planning, real asset underwriting and ESG best practices. She served as lead Portfolio Manager for Townsend’s West Coast clients and managed its San Francisco office, including growth initiatives. She developed and led Townsend’s ESG efforts. She has represented organisations such as UN PRI, GRESB, PREA, PREA Foundation Diversity Working Group, IREI, WIIN, and NCREIF, and has spoken at numerous industry events. In 2016, she received the inaugural GRESB Leadership Award from the US Green Building Council for her ESG contributions. In 2019, she was named to the Chief Investment Officer’s list of most influential investment consultants. Additional honours include the 2021 GlobeSt Women of Influence award, Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award, and recognition by Inc. Magazine in 2024 as one of the most empowering women in business. She serves on the PREA Board of Directors, PREA Social Impact Committee, Haystacks.AI Advisory Board, and NCREIF’s Reporting Standards Board.
