Javier Rodríguez Heredia is Senior Partner Head of Real Estate and Development at Azora. He joined Azora in 2007 and has been leading “special situation” transactions such as the acquisition of biggest distress debt position from SAREB, 437€m of a Spanish real estate listed company or the restructuring of a renewable energy company.
Rodríguez Heredia has had a well-balanced professional experience of 15 years across different industries, working in the Bank of Spain, in strategic consulting, McKinsey & Co, in the renewable energy sector, as Business Development and International Managing Director of Corporación Eólica Cesa and in the automotive industry, he was President of the Spanish Automotive Distribution Sector. He obtained a business administration degree - major in finance from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, dual major in strategy and operations.
