Rafael Torres Villalba is Senior Portfolio Manager at APG Asset Management. He has been working in the real estate industry for more than 25 years, covering Asian and European real estate. He headed APG's Europe Listed real estate team until 2020 and has been involved in the private real estate investments since 2009. He is responsible for several of APG's investments in the BTR sector, where he also holds several board positions.
