Carlos Díaz Gridilla is Deputy General Manager of Mapfre Inmuebles Sociedad Gestora de Activos. He joined Mapfre Inmuebles Sociedad de Valores, S.A. as Investment Director, before taking up the position of Deputy General Manager in 2021. He is responsible for the development and management of different Real Estate Investment Funds, national and international, with top level partners such as Swisslife, Macquarie, Munich RE with assets more than 1600 m€. He has also led the negotiation of partnerships for the creation and management of alternative investment funds in infrastructure and renewable energies with different partners, Macquarie (Mapfre Infraestructuras I), Iberdrola (Mapfre Energías Renovables I) and IAM Carbonzero (Mapfre Energías Renovables II) with assets of over 750m€.
