Stephanie Gutleber

Stephanie Gutleber is Senior Vice President at Portfolio Advisors', real estate team. She joined Portfolio Advisors in 2008 and has been working in the private markets since 2001. She leads the firm's real estate advisory business initiatives and is a voting member of the real estate Investment Committee. Gutleber was enrolled in a management rotational program at J.P. Morgan Chase. She was previously an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions with Centerline Capital Group (formerly Related Capital Company) where she originated, structured, and negotiated tax-exempt affordable multi-family and senior debt transactions. She holds a B.S. from Cornell University.
