Pedro Pardo is a former Investment Manager at the Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund, 2.1£bn serving from 2010 to 2018. He was a Deputy Head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where he managed Treasury’s External Asset Management 1$bn, ensuring best practice and adequate governance arrangements. He then transferred to the Local Pensions Partnership in June 2018 17£bn where he assisted with the transition of Berkshire’s investments to the new pool until June 2019. He has a master’s degrees in Applied Economics and Finance from the University of California and the London Business School.
