Matthew Fletcher is Director of Investor Outreach at EPRA. He joined the team in 2013, moving from P3 Limited where he was Head of Investor Relations. After joining the Schroders graduate scheme, he qualified as a management accountant before joining SVG Capital as an Investment Analyst. He gained extensive real estate and private markets business development experience at Cambridge Place Investment Management and Hermes GPE.
