Peter de Haas is the Principal of De Haas Real Estate Advisory. Based in the Netherlands De Haas Real Estate Advisory is an independent advisory business focussed on product development of institutional real estate investment products and the introduction to mainly international (European) institutional investors. He worked at PGGM as a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Strategist. He previously worked for more at Protego Real Estate Investors, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, which is now Barings Real Estate after the re-branding where he was a Managing Director for Business Development and Client relations. De Haas started his own business when he left Barings Real Estate at the beginning of 2019. He is a recognised speaker at international real estate conferences and was strongly involved with INREV and for many years was a Fellow of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (ASRE).
De Haas has a Master of Real Estate (MRE) from the University of Amsterdam. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member at PATRIZIA Global Partners S/A and PIA Pontis Institutional Advisors GmbH and is personally active with Impact start-ups and Venture Capital.
