Laurent Ternisien is the Chief Executive Officer Luxembourg and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Investment Management, BNP Paribas Real Estate. He is in charge of the expansion of the Luxembourg regulated company. As Chief Client Officer, he also developed the global activities related to capital raising and client relationships for the global REIM activities as well as fund management, product development and research. Ternisien joined BNP Paribas in 2017. He worked in London during twelve years, as Chief Executive Officer of IPD and Managing Director for MSCI Real Estate (after the integration of IPD into MSCI in 2012). He led the global expansion into 32 countries to develop real estate indexes and portfolio analytics for investors, fund managers and REITs. He also worked at EPRA as a Senior Advisor working closely with the Chief Executive Officer. Over the last 30 years, he has accumulated an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and the financial information sector with a large network amongst international investors and managers.
