Jay Kwan

Jay Kwan is Managing Director, Head of Europe at QuadReal Property Group. He is focused on both equity and credit investments. Kwan began his career at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in New York in 2001. He was Partner at Grove International Partners, a real estate private equity firm spun out from Soros Private Funds Management, where he spent 13 years investing. Kwan was formerly Managing Director at TPG Real Estate, specifically focused on European investments. He graduated with BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University (New York).
