Nicole Lux is Chief Operating Officer at Finloop. Lux was the Co-Founder of FinLoop, a real estate Fintech platform with offices in London and Barcelona. She has held various roles in real estate finance, loan origination, workout and structuring at Deutsche Bank and Citi Group. She started her career in European real estate finance at MSCI and Moody’s Investor Service. She has published research in the area of mortgage finance, credit risk and portfolio diversification and is a regular advisor to banks and debt funds providing advisory in loan workout & strategy. She is also a senior Research Fellow and Director of the Real Estate Research Centre at Bayes Business School, City, University of London.
