Andrew Garrett is Senior Principal at IMCO (Ontario Pensions). He is responsible for growing and diversifying IMCO’s $12+B Global Real Estate portfolio to secure public pensions and benefits for Ontario families. IMCO has over $73B AUM and is the only Ontario fund manager purpose built to onboard public clients such as pensions, insurance, municipal reserve funds, and endowments. Garrett oversees teams responsible for maximising global real estate portfolio returns through private investments, developments, dispositions, asset management, risk management and ESG performance. Garrett sits on the board advisory committees for several real estate private equity firms, he serves as University of Guelph Board Trustee, Art Gallery of Ontario FGAD, Ministry of Housing Affordability Task Force Appointee and is Vice Chair of Urban Land Institute, Toronto Chapter. He holds a Global Executive MBA from Kellogg School Management (Chicago, Hong Kong, Toronto) and Real Estate Development Certification from MIT Centre for Real Estate.
