Stein B. Monsen was Senior Vice President – Investor Relations at DNB Real Estate Investment Management (DNB REIM), where he spent 16 years after senior positions in Norwegian and international banks. Monsen’s main responsibility at DNB REIM was the investments in an international portfolio of unlisted real estate funds, part of the Investment section for Director investments in DNB REIM and later investor relations in the DNB Scandinavian Property Fund, which is 35% owned by DNB Life, which is a major investor in Norway and Sweden. Monsen has been member of the advisory board of several international real estate funds, a member of both INREV’s investor platform and fund managers boards, and is a CFA chartholder in addition to holding an MBA.
