Olivier Terrenoire
Global Head of Asset & Property Management and Sustainable Investing, Generali Real Estate   

Olivier Terrenoire is Head of Asset Management, Property Management & Sustainable Investing at Generali Real Estate. He is tasked with reinforcing Generali Real Estate's grip on the market, with the aim to achieve the Generali Group's ambition to reduce the environmental impact of its real estate portfolio, as well as integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) action into the business operation and accelerating the execution of relevant initiatives. Terrenoire began his career working in the corporate finance real estate advisory sector, assisting major institutional investors in real estate sales and acquisitions. He previously headed the asset and letting management office from 2017 to June 2020, the Generali Real Estate EMEA office since its establishment in early 2016 and the Belgian and Dutch unit between September 2013 and December 2015. He holds a PHD in Law from Lyon III University, an MSC from HEC Paris and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and law degree from the Paris Bar Law School.
