Helena Olin

Helena Olin is Head of Real Assets at Second Swedish National Pension Fund (AP2). Olin joined in 2011 broadening the allocation of AP2s real estate into new markets. She is board member, approval partner and member of advisory boards, representing AP2, across investments in the US, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Olin is responsible for global portfolios of real estate and infrastructure with a market value of $10 billion. She was previously partner and co-head of Catella Corporate Finance in Gothenburg. Catella is a European financial group with business activity in corporate finance and asset management. She is experienced in portfolio strategy formulation, portfolio construction, manager selection processes and investment execution. Olin has a background in corporate finance, real estate investment and valuation. Olin holds an MBA from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
