Randy Giraldo
Head of Europe, Nuveen Real Estate
Randy Giraldo is Head of Europe at Nuveen. He is a member of the Global Executive Leadership team, responsible for the overall Real Estate business in Europe and is Chair of its Investment Committee. Giraldo joined Nuveen in 2008 and has held senior positions in acquisitions, portfolio and fund management across broad geographies. Most recently he served as the lead Portfolio Manager for the TIAA Real Estate Account, a diversified private real estate fund with over $30 billion in gross assets. Giraldo previously held various positions at Lend Lease, Tishman Speyer and Starwood Capital Group. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association Institute Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate. Girard graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts from Fairfield University, a BS in Civil Engineering, an MS in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University Business School.
