Victoria Hall is Head of Funds, in the Infrastructure Equity Team at AXA IM Alts. She joined the team in January 2023 from their Real Estate business and is the lead portfolio manager and responsible for the AXA European Infrastructure Fund. She was previously Head of the Special Situations Transactions team at AXA IM Real Assets where she was responsible for the sourcing, selection and execution of pan-European and other complex acquisitions. Hall has led some of the firm’s largest and most complex transactions including the acquisition and take private of a US listed REIT and the acquisition of Kadans Science Partners a fully integrated life science real estate owner, developer and operator. She has focussed heavily on digital infrastructure in her role supporting AXA IM Alts’ portfolio company Data4 where she worked closely with the management team to support their growth ambitions across Europe. Hall has previously held roles as Head of Fund Finance for Alternatives & Special Situations and Head of Corporate Finance in the UK. She has over 25 years of industry experience with a track record in sourcing and executing transactions, fund and transaction structuring, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, financing, liquidity management and financial reporting. Hall graduated from the University of Newcastle (Australia) with a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
