Sophie van Oosterom is Global Head of Real Estate at Schroders Capital. She is
responsible for leading the growth strategy of the business. She chairs the real estate
management committee and investment committee. Van Oosterom was most recently
CEO and CIO of EMEA for CBRE Global Investors, where she led change management
and growth of the platform to an asset base of ¤40bn. She also served as a member
of the global executive and global investment committees.
