Andrea Orlandi
Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Investments, CPP Investment Board
Andrea Orlandi is Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Investments – Europe at CPP Investments. He is responsible for the European real estate investment program, oversees the Indian real estate program and is part of the real estate senior leadership team. CPP Investments is the investment management arm of the CAD475.7bn (€328.3bn) Canada Pension Plan that represents 20 million Canadians. He previously worked at Merrill Lynch in New York and London. Prior to joining CPPIB, Orlandi was the European Chief Investment Officer of AREA Property Partners, an international real estate private equity firm now part of Ares Management. Orlandi holds an MBA from Insead and a BS in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University.
