David Lowery is SVP, Head of Research Insights, at Preqin, the global leader in alternative assets data, tools, and insights. Lowery leads Preqin’s analysis and research coverage across global private markets and has worked in a variety of roles within the finance industry in a career spanning more than 20 years. With experience as a multi-asset portfolio manager and equity research on both the buy-side and sell-side, Lowery has managed real estate portfolios and appeared on CNBC Squawk Box and Bloomberg TV. He worked for the UK treasury in its infrastructure UK division, led Asia-Pacific and alternative real estate research at AXA IM – Real Assets, and set up a strategy research function at NTT Global Data Centers.
